Aquacoat

Cementitious Waterproof Coating

Purpose: Aquacoat is a dry polymer modified waterproof coating designed to waterproof concrete and masonry surfaces and protect from moisture damage.  This breathable material allows interior moisture to escape, preventing vapor build up that leads to blistering, flaking and peeling.  Aquacoat accepts a wide range of architectural and textured coatings.  Uses: Waterproof interior and exterior concrete, brick, block, stone and other masonry. Suggested Applications: Tanks, tunnels, pools, manholes, reservoirs, pipes, troughs, walls.

Acrylcoat (Moosemilk)

Acrylic latex bonding agent and admixture

 

Purpose:
Acrylcoat is a non-reemulsifiable, acrylic, latex cement bonding agent and admixture ideal for bonding new concrete to new or old concrete in interior and exterior applications.  Acrylcoat can be used as an admixture to enhance the performance properties of patching materials, grouts, mortar and cementitious coatings.

Benefits:

Superior adhesion properties, Increases tensile strength, flexural strengh and chemical resistance over non-modified mortars, Increases water retention properties to aid in the curing process, freeze/thaw resistance.

Transpatch

High strength, fast setting patching compound

Purpose: Transpatch provides rapid repair of horizontal concrete surfaces.  This product is designed to achieve a high early strength and is open to traffic in as little as 1 hour.  Transpatch offers superior resistance to de-icing salts, petroleum products and other chemicals prevalent on concrete roadways.  In addition, Transpatch will not rust or corrode reinforcing steel under moist, humid conditions. Uses: Interior/Exterior:  suitable for areas exposed to high abrasion Placement Depth:   Up to 3" (may be extended for placements greater than 3")   Packaging: 50 lb bags

MP Grout

High flow, high strength precision grout

 

Purpose:
Join, support and anchor.  MP Grout is designed to provide high flexural and compressive strength performance from damp pack to fluid consistencies.  Hardens free of bleeding, segregation and shrinkage.  Excellent flowability.

Polymer Modified, Vertical/Overhead Repair Mortar with Ferrolok Penetrating Corrosion Inhibitor

 

Purpose:
V/O Patch is a fast setting patching material for vertical and overhead repairs.  V/O Patch exhibits superior workability by maintaining a non-sag consistency for easy molding and shaving and offers the additional benefit of Ferrolok, a penetrating corrosion inhibitor.

Uses:
Repair interior or exterior vertical and overhead concrete.

Bondcoat PVA

Re-Emulsifiable Bonding Agent

 

Purpose:
Bondcoat PVA can be used to bond patching materials, grouts, mortars, cementitious coatins and gypsum plasters.  Bondcoat PVA exhibits high strength in dry film and good adhesion due to its re-emulsification properties when bonding new cement products to old in areas not subject to water exposure.

Re-emulsifiable/re-wettable

Can be used when there is a delay of up to seven days prior to application or top coat

PAVECRETE is a unique single component product, specifically designed to rub, smooth and finish vertical concrete. It will feather edge without chipping or flaking and will retain its hardness and toughness. Provides a smooth consistent light gray finish to blend with exterior cured concrete. PAVECRETE comes in a light gray, it is also available in white and sand mix.

PATCHCRETE is a very versatile product with an outstanding bonding characteristic. It is a two component product, a single unit includes a 45 lbs. bag of powder with a gallon of liquid polymer. It can be applied horizontally, vertically or even overhead. Horizontally, it may be applied from featheredge to 2 ½ inch thickness (over ½ inch with aggregate) in one application, may be applied as a topping or underlayment. It can also be mixed to a thicker consistency and used as a trowelable repair material for wall and overhead applications. PATCHCRETE comes in light gray or white and can accept integral color or stains.

FLOWCRETE is our interior self-leveling material with outstanding strength and bonding. It can be used as an underlayment or a wearing surface for walking and light traffic. It has a compressive strength exceeding 7000 PSI. It may be applied from featheredge to 3 inches in one application. No curing or troweling is required for FLOWCRETE. It may be used over cutback and is pumpable. FLOWCRETE utilizes P-100 Primer as its surface bonder.
